These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Motorco Car website and marketplace (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Motorco Car is an online marketplace that connects individuals who wish to sell cars with individuals who wish to inquire about or buy them. Motorco acts as a facilitator and is not the seller, buyer, agent, or broker of any vehicle listed on the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You will not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape or harvest data, circumvent access controls, or use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose.

3. Accounts

To list a car or submit inquiries, you may need an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Listing a Car for Sale

If you list a car for sale, you confirm that the information and photos you provide are accurate and complete, that you are the lawful owner or otherwise authorized to sell the vehicle, and that the vehicle is legally transferable. All listings are subject to review by Motorco and may be rejected, edited, or removed at our discretion. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing and for any transaction that results from it.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Content

You will not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; list stolen, illegal, or encumbered vehicles; post offensive, unlawful, or infringing content; impersonate another person; or attempt to contact sellers outside the channels provided by the Service to evade its protections. Motorco may remove any content that violates these Terms and suspend or terminate access.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Motorco does not verify, inspect, warrant, or guarantee the condition, title, legality, or value of any vehicle listed, and is not a party to any transaction between users. All listings and inquiries are between the seller and the inquiring party. You should perform your own due diligence before proceeding with any purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motorco, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a listing, inquiry, or transaction between users, or from reliance on information posted on the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or your use of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
